But moving your body is not necessarily to go to gym, you can even do a home workout, dancing, oh I love it and I do it ofc and even 15 minutes of walking can help incredibly.
Movement is also related to your posture. Because if you are dressed charmingly and still stand with a hunch back, then there is no sense of getting ready.

I frustrate a lot on this because whenever I come out of a good shower and a minute later my skin looks so dull like there is not a bit of hydration there. Maybe it is from exfoliation or hot water shower, who knows?
Applying Moisturizer right after a shower is the best way to protect and glow your skin, and honestly, I love this because it hydrates and leaves a good glow on my skin. Apply any body lotion, I said any, although all body lotions are the same and work wonderfully.

This sounds like a weird tip, like, why am I even talking about this in my article? But taking care of your gut health is oh so important. I can’t even tell you how important it is to look after it.
You are shocked to hear my side of the story, when I was in my early teen years I had very bad comedonal acne and was figuring out the root cause, yes, it was hormonal, but the root cause is actually my gut. My gut was hilariously bad that time because there was a daily intake of junk food and not enough water.
But once after figuring out I paid attention to it and boom, 3-4 months later, my skin was just glowingly happy, and I’m happy too.

I’ve spent much time focusing on external, but after doing all that beauty stuff, I see that the most radiant and pretty people are more kind than well hydrated.
